Physical Security Manager - Bank

A leading offshore bank looking for Physical Security for Bangalore.

Designation: Physical Security

Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in Corporate security, safety and minimum of five years experience in the Indian Armed Forces as a Commissioned Officer from a Combat Arm.

Job Description::

- The role envisages a professional, responsible for championing Physical Security management at respective facilities in Bangalore.

The incumbent must ensure that identified physical security/business continuity risks and mitigation strategy are cost effectively managed and will:

- Drive physical security issues, continuously assessing and reporting risks and implementing mitigation strategy to ensure provides a safe and secure work environment and meets its Corporate and Social responsibilities.

- Take active part in Crisis response across all facilities in Bangalore

- Be the main contact for the Head of Security, HSW and Group investigations teams for all location level issues pertaining to the subjects.

- Ensure that all Security policies, procedures guidelines and templates are applied uniformly and consistently across the campus.

- Represent at presentations on Security management and with internal and external auditors and strive to project the function as a key differentiator.

- Act as the Single Point of Contact and representative in the Security team for law enforcement, emergency services, the intelligence fraternity and other external agencies.

- Ensure all outsourced partners comply with the security and business continuity provisions within their contracts and meet Security and Business Continuity policy requirements.
