- Responsible for overall territory POS target & value sales achievement through Retail Aggregator Partners / Distributors etc
Responsible for execution of major initiatives in the areas of :
- Appointing Distributors & POS for achievement of Premium targets for Retail products
- Execution of Phygital channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, retail outlet coverage, distributor grievances, if any
- Responsible for Distributor / Retail Aggregator Partner Management
Business Planning & Forecasting
- Project Planning - Part of project planning and making of project tracker, updating the tracker every two days by co-ordinating with different departments.
- Sales Operations :
- Route management & outlet coverage
- Merchandising as per brand norms & ensuring hyper local marketing campaigns
- Retailer pay-out management
Activities in detail:
- Execution - Actively involved in field visits for the following activities;
- Empanelment of POS's on the field.
- Tracking of Sales Promoters on field.
- Liaison between HO Team and On Field team.
- Planning visits with sales promoter and understanding market at ground level.
- Information gathering and Analysis - Actively involved in Marketing Analysis and making of reports by briefly analysing the research reports.
- Budgeting and Risk Management - Involved in the budgeting for each project and in Risk Management Activities by identifying the risk and making proper measures for the same.
- Partner Empanelment - Identifying different partners for Digital Alliance and making Pre-Empanelment presentations to the client.
- Training and Presentations - Will be involved in training of new partners and making sales presentation to new prospective partners.
