Description :


- As an Onboarding Manager solving growth focused problems, you will own and drive the vision and road map for products driving customer growth for both Phygital24 and Phygital24s merchant partners. You will be responsible for evangelizing and executing on the roadmap. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders cutting across the business, technology, regulatory, and industry. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and detailing these growth solutions.


- You will also be responsible for the delivery of the solutions working with cross-functional, distributed teams. Finally, you will be key in helping us maintain our product agility and extend our leadership in delivering innovative growth focused solutions that run reliably at scale.


- This role will require deep problem-solving acumen as well as strong communication and negotiation skills. Most of all it will require a proven track record of shipping world-class product solutions, preferably in consumer facing products, and as an Onboarding Manager who would be responsible for assisting a merchant from the point of agreement closure to go live on our platform.


What You Will Do? :


- Understand the product in-depth


- Work with merchants to understand requirements and set them up accordingly


- Work with different internal and external teams and stakeholders to streamline merchant on boarding


- Understand problem statements from merchants and provide effective solutions.


- Identify areas for process improvement, or gaps in existing documentation and share learnings with the team


- Verify catalogs, interact with aggregators, POS, and other 3rd party vendors to get the merchant setup on our platform


- Work closely with Customers, SMEs, Analysts, and field teams to ideate and build ideal features for Demand Planning Product


- You will diagnose and resolve systemic obstacles that prevent your team from delivering high-quality software


- Be the first point of contact for customers and actively listen to the problems


- Create software tickets for the issues raised and get them resolved


- Gather requirements from early adopter customers and incorporate them into the roadmap


- Collaborate with product marketing to support the creation of customer-driven messaging and content.


- Validate ideas with Field teams by building wireframes and quick prototypes


- Dev bandwidth is precious. Build what is quintessential through relentless prioritization


- Evangelize Product internally to field teams and Services and externally to customers


- Load product data from customers into the system and validate the accuracy


- Conduct secondary research to gather information about prospective customers


- Daily collaboration with the Engineering, Product Design, and QA team


- Formulate and execute GTM strategy, driving early adoption


What You Bring? :


- 2+ years of experience in Onboarding/Operations are any related field


- MBA/BTech/BE or an advanced degree in Operations or related field


- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and spreadsheets


- Ability to work in a fast pace environment


- Fair understanding of How SaaS works


- An ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions


- Analytical thinking to understand catalog structures to implement them in the best way possible


- Good intrapersonal skills to be able to interact and effectively communicate with merchants and other 3rd parties


- The capability of working independently and collaborating with different functions within Operations


- Ability to solve problems by utilizing tools/resources used internally


- Self-motivation and quick learning skills


- Excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills


- Good Communication and Presentation Skills - ability to work with Cross Functional Remote Teams, build a network of trusted relationships, and present out well to the Executive Leadership Team


- You enjoy working within an agile environment


- You bring enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
