Role : Pre sales Consultant  Shift : US shift (6 PM to 4 AM)  Job Description :  - Delivers and customizes technical presentations on products & Services.  - Builds new presentations for use by sales and other software consultants.  - Explains product capabilities, limitations, and implementation.  - Works with sales representatives with little supervision to define sales and technical strategies in dealing with the client.  - Provides feedback on technical efforts of other software consultants.  - Researches, composes and delivers responses to RFI,RFQ & RFP's.  - Interacts with clients to clarify requirements.  - Reviews RFI,RFQ & RFP responses for technical accuracy.  - Generates timely status reports, time usage reports and expense reports as requested by management.  - Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.   Desired Profile :  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  - Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.  - Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.  - Self motivated to work independently, with team support, to close business.  - Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.  - Excellent research skills, analytical skills, client-interfacing skills, presentation skills, communication skills are a must.  - Highly motivated, persistent and result-oriented.  - Independent, resourceful, excellent analytical and communication skills.  - Ability to perform independently  - Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
