Overall deliverable :

- Outbound: Establish Photon as a premier provider of corporate digital transformation solutions in the minds of key industry analysts

- Inbound: Serve as the conduit of market and technology intelligence to all relevant stakeholders at Photon

Responsibilities :

- First 60 days - Build Photon Analyst Knowledge Repository

- Beyond 60 days - Execute analyst relations plan for positioning Photon as the premier provider of digital transformation solutions in the industry and category leader.

- Build and maintain Photon industry analyst knowledge repository

- Identify key influencers / analysts in technology domains of highest importance to

- Stack rank analysts based on how influential they are in the Photon ecosystem

- Draw up a plan for how to build relationships with and influence the highest priority analysts using high-touch mechanisms and how to influence the others using broad-based, volume communications to influence the other analysts in our target list.

- Develop and maintain analyst relations calendar and build in synergies with Photon marketing, events, strategic alliances calendars collaborating with your teammates.

- Be prepared to provide reports to Photon management on demand

- Execute on the plan to deepen Photon relationship with identified highest priority analysts from top firms through high touch activities.

- Track analyst calendar and conduct Photon briefings and submission of requisite documents to ensure Photon high placement in analyst reports of relevance to Photon.

- Leverage the relationships you build with key analysts for inclusion in quotes in Photon related articles in publications, in Photon press releases or for speaking opportunities.

- Execute on plan to for as well volume based communications programs targeted long-tail analysts

- Maintain a regular rhythm of tracking and responding to analyst comments on social media in ways that strengthen the relationship with the analyst and brings Photon positive attention.

- Develop yourself into an authoritative spokesperson for Photon particularly in the analyst community

- Provide both synthesized periodic updates and spot updates as needed to stakeholders at Photon on content and insights from analyst reports as they come out.
