Work Timing : 04:00 PM - 02:00 PM (IST) - Drop cab is provided.

Job Description :

Background :

- Photon is at the epicenter of the big digital movement. We are helping corporations with digital transformation, we are doing exciting and important work and we are growing fast.

- Photon's marketing and business development team is just getting started telling Photon stories to the world and converting local joint wins with industry leaders in the technology industry into strategic partnerships.

- We are looking for talented individual with creativity and energy to play a leadership role in scaling our partnerships.

- The individual will work with Photon sales, marketing teams and executives to drive prioritization, strategy with key partners, joint solution definition and promotion, joint marketing initiatives, pipeline development and reporting.

Overall deliverable :

- Bring innovation and passion to building game-changing, deep partnerships between Photon and third party technology companies that generate substantial value to customer and revenue to Photon and its partner.

- Leverage the partnerships as an important contributor to Photon marketing efforts to raise the profile of Photon in the digital transformation community and to generate inbound leads

Responsibilities :

- Coming into the job (first 8 weeks) - Build Photon Alliances Knowledge Repository

- Build and maintain Photon Alliances knowledge repository

- Create and keep current the map of touch points between Photon and technology vendors across all Photon customers

- Keep track of what work Photon has done / is doing with each technology vendor across all Photon customers

- Track what technology vendors are a factor in pipeline of Photon deals and segment the nature of the partner requirement in pipeline of deals

- Create (and keep current) metadata about all partner agreements Photon has executed

- Create and keep current a calendar of all technology vendor events of interest to Photon (user conferences, webcasts, product launches, other events of relevance to Photon)

- Draw up list of key people in partner organizations Photon needs to influence.

- For larger organizations (e.g. Oracle) maintain org char.

- Be prepared to provide reports to Photon management on demand

- Complete basic partner agreement forms for vendors we want to partner with.

- Join SVP's calls with partners, gain understanding.

- Beyond 8 weeks - Build Photon Alliances-Driven Pipeline

- Recommend to Photon marketing, the actions to insert in Photon marketing calendar based on partner events identified to generate leads for Photon

- Recommend to Photon marketing "Call For Proposal" speaking opportunities at partner events or opportunities to be in partner booths at key trade shows at minimal cost to Photon to drive visibility and leads for Photon

- Begin to engage with partners without need for Vijay's presence in the calls. Build relationships with key partner organization sales reps; build field connections between key partner organization sales teams and Photon sales teams regionally to drive new leads and pipeline.

- Read key analyst reports on domains of interest to Photon and see how analysts rate our technology vendor partners and why. Summarize this knowledge for Photon management and Photon field sales.

- Prepare and publish a periodic (monthly) Alliances Update report to Photon management and field.

- Track and report on Alliances-led pipeline of opportunities
