Key Result Areas :

- Timely and Quality Creation of Pre-Sales Process Artifacts including Presentation,

- Proposals, RFPs, Contracts and Work Orders.

- Mining relationships with named customer accounts

- Ensuring customer delight by being customer advocate within the delivery process.

- Maintaining timely payment collections.

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage independently commercial relationships with middle and senior level managers of our enterprise customers.

- Evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and client meetings.

- Understand customer requirement to create bill of material / order.

- Creation of proposal for direct sales.

- Creation and tracking of MIS of assigned customers.

- Creation, review, closure of customer contracts.

- Ensure timely paper-work and payments follow up from allocated accounts.

- Assist in customer RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and proposals to support timely completion by sales team.

Education :

- B.E under Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Any Graduate.

- PGDB/MBA

Key Skills :

- Solution Architecture

- Presentation Skills

- Proposal Writing

Added Advantage :

- Genesys / Avaya Certification.

- Telecom and Automation Experience
