We are looking for a high-performing "Sales Manager" The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition, revenue growth and timely collection objectives.

Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales VP duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Sales Manager Responsibilities/KRAs Include :

1. Owning, developing and executing strategic plan to achieve / exceed sales targets

2. Expand our customer base.

3. Increase of our share of wallet with existing customers.

4. Building a customer centric company with strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

5. Cost management and budget for sales and marketing.

Desired Skills :

1. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of organization, including Exec and C-level.

2. Proven ability to drive the sales process and team from plan to close.

3. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

Education and Experience :

1. Business degree or related professional qualification.

2. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.

3. Relevant product and industry knowledge.
