Client Success Manager

- Do you believe that a great delivery leads to a happy client, which in turn leads to greater business and references ? Do you believe that business case justifications, customer reviews, product knowledge, implementation success & collections are the skills of a great Client Success Manager?


- You will ensure timely collections, business growth and great client references by delivering business value, effective reviews and efficient service delivery to clients.

Job Duties :

- Understand client business needs and be able to create functional scope documents based on client requirements. Use knowledge of Product Managers to ensure delivery of technical feasibility requirements / integrations to clients.

- Have hands-on and in-depth product knowledge to be able to self-create product work flows, provide demos and design systems to the extent of ring-fencing client requirements and delivering as per scope.

- Use appropriate PMO tools including project Gantt charts, risk issue registers & escalations, organisation structure, trainings, meeting & review schedules for complete and disciplined visibility and health of business relationship to senior management and client representatives.

- Manage client commercial life cycle including on-boarding, contracting, renewals, payments, upsell business with clients, create advocacy through case-studies and references.

Candidate Profile :

- Should have demonstrated past Project Management experience. PMP / ITI certification is a great to have.

- Excellent Communication, MS Excel, Presentation and Data Visualization skills.

- Should have basic programming & scripting knowledge. 


- Understand APIs and how they work.

Education : MBA (preferred) + BE / BTech

Job Location : Vadodara
