Job Overview :

- An amazing mix of business and project delivery mindset. You support the sales process by maintaining a great client relationship, up and cross selling within named accounts and delivering projects sold.

Key Result Areas :

1. Ensuring project delivery to a baseline plan; identifying and managing project risks for successful deliveries.

2. Ensure hands on knowledge of our platform and associated cloud skills using AI/ML services of cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud in order to understand and address client needs.

3. Managing client relationship for a positive NPS, timely invoicing and collections in order to meet organisational goals of business growth, profitability and fund flow.

Candidate Profile :

1. Technical experience and expertise in APIs, integrations, web services, and cloud integrations.

2. Project Management experience, preferably a PMP / PRINCE2 certification or an MBA with project management experience.

3. Excellent communication skills and ability to develop MIS and business analytical for effective client engagement through delivered business value discussions.

4. Experience in Cloud integrations, telecom VAS, cloud telephony, NLP, call center automation projects will be a plus.

5. Passion to sell and a vision of how automation can help in customer service and digital / online-offline sales processes.

Education :

UG - Engineering - E&C, CS or IT, BCA, B.Sc - Math, Physics or Statistics, BA - Any discipline, Economics preferred. + MBA is a must.
