Job Objective: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional for entry level/ lateral hiring across our Business & Corporate Functions. The candidate will be entrusted with hiring quality talent, building a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling, offer negotiation and rollout, etc. Reporting Matrix: The role will report to Lead - Talent Acquisition (Corporate & Business Functions) Responsibilities: - Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools - Partner with our Internal stakeholder to understand, forecast the needs and requirements - Review the job description; understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement. - Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc. - Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies - Drive referral/ campus hiring where required - Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature to ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Work as an Individual contributor and a true team player who believes in collaboration with the team Requirements: - MBA from with good academic record - 1 to 4 years of experience handling end to end Recruitment life cycle for multiple Non tech positions - Strong knowledge & understanding of the recruitment process, stakeholder management, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience - Strong data analysis & reporting skills - Exposure to the startup environment is an added advantage - Problem solving abilities with a strong bias for impact
