Strategic Enterprise Manager: Lifestyle, Consumer Electronics, Wellness &amp; Entertainment Categories About the Role - The role would be responsible for managing PhonePe's business with all national strategic accounts in the Lifestyle, Consumer Electronics, Wellness, and Entertainment categories. - The PhonePe platform facilitates consumer transactions across all major use cases in the offline space and there is a big merchant acceptance network which has been created in a very short time-frame. The biggest national accounts in each of these 4 categories are key drivers of our acceptance network. Key Responsibilities - Accountable for business metrics of all the strategic accounts across the 4 categories - End to end life cycle management of strategic accounts post acquisition- Relationship management with CXO- s, Growth initiatives, strategic partnerships - Solution Deployment - Understanding the Merchants- business and store environment and working with stakeholders for deploying the right solution for the merchants - This would need one to have strong product/solutioning orientation and abilities to work with internal product and engineering teams and the merchant's tech teams to accomplish this objective Business Planning with Merchants: - Long term/Annual business planning with the Merchant - Breaking the long-term plan into executable blocks to arrive at monthly/quarterly plans - Sign off the joint plans with the Merchant business teams and obtain a buy in and close function specific plans with each of the related functional teams on the Merchant's side. Sync marketing calendars with merchants - Ownership of Top line for the category-Drive month on month top line numbers for each of the accounts. This will involve taking ownership of the following: - Put in place plans to increase consumer adoption of the PhonePe solution at all the merchants in the category - Planning and execution of consumer promotions, consumer communications through multiple channels - Own key execution inputs to enable merchant's stores and consumers to adopt the solution (on field training of cashiers, in store merchandising etc) with the help of Merchant- s/PhonePe's on ground teams - Planning and execution of Merchant specific BTL/Trade Promotion activities with marketing teams Cost Centre Management- - Budgeting for spends under different cost heads at a monthly/annual level - Plan, track and optimize these spends on a consistent basis - Key Interfaces- This role requires one to interface with multiple internal stakeholders like Product teams, Marketing teams, Merchant Acquisition teams, Merchant servicing teams, Operations teams etc. One should really be comfortable working with multiple cross functional teams to steer the business priorities Qualifications/ Skills Required - 4-6 years of experience in handling strategic/key account management roles preferably in the consumer internet space. Experience in having worked with organized lifestyle merchants would be a plus - Relationship management needs to be a strength area. The role would involve dealing with CXO's of strategic merchants in the category - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities - Solutioning mindset. Should be able to work with Product teams seamlessly - The candidate should be comfortable with all aspects of planning, budgeting, tracking and optimization of costs - MBA from Tier-1 Institutes would be preferred: ISB/IIMs/XLRI/SP Jain/MDI/FMS or Equivalent
