In this role, you'll be working for our Offline Merchant BU. This function is responsible for acquiring and engaging with our 30M+ merchant network base and to also ensure our users get the smoothest experience while scanning and paying through a merchant QR. The gig: Own the entire analytics support for the Offline Sales & GTM function through a team of 5-7 people. The Sales & GTM function is responsible for driving on-ground activities through a network of field agents. This will also encompass problem statements around our merchant's device strategy, merchant-servicing models, and collateral deployment/goodness End-to-end analytics support will include ownership of designing the right team structure, hiring, capability building & setting and maintaining a high bar for data driven problem solving Collaborate closely with the business, and product functions to understand the business problem and translate them into the right analytical problem statement Work with the team to generate insights & and work on a holistic analysis to provide unbiased answers to the identified problem statement. Have a strong problem solving mindset and be able to apply the right analytical approach for solving the same. Be able to influence stakeholders across various functions to drive initiatives & data driven decision making Be an integral part of the pod strategy and go beyond being an analytics counterpart Job requirements: - Minimum 6-7 years of analytics experience in relevant roles - Experience leading analytics team as a people manager - Strong problem solving & analytical skills - Penchant for business & curiosity to understand how the product works - Experienced in handling data and working on analyses using SQL. - Understanding of dashboarding principles and prior experience building such dashboards. Experience of working on QlikSense is a plus - Data modeling skills to manage ETL at scale by understanding data flow in the organization - Statistical modelling experience through Python or R is a good-to-have
