PhonePe - Operations Manager - Mutual Funds

The incumbent is expected to be master of the processes, MF regulations and should be able to act as an enabler for the new processes being setup. Analysis and working on issues faced in the existing process and fixing them will also be part of the role.

The Role -

- Responsible for designing and simplification of operational process.

- Ensuring all regulatory expectations are met

- You will be responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and operation trends to partner and management team

- Day to day liaison with, BSE, RTAs, AMCs and internal stake holders for smooth processing of transactions and reverse feeds would be added responsibility.

- Collaboration with internal teams- marketing, product, business finance, customer service, etc to manage and manage the category on a daily basis.

- To be a part of India's highly disruptive fintech wave.

Ideal Candidate should have -

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.

- 5+ Years of experience in Mutual fund Operations (preferably digital)

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of mutual fund regulations and do's and donts on MF digital side would be added advantage.

- Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing partner needs with business goals
