PhonePe - Onboarding Manager - Merchant Operations

- Will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding of merchants on the platform and ensuring they have best in class experience of operating on the platform.

- Will also need to have a keen eye for relevant products in the market and be able to help drive product roadmaps and execution basis this knowledge.

- Experience in managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple cross-functional teams.

- Ability to set strong process and driving the same in order to maintain best in class merchant experience

- Train merchant operations team located in various geographies on merchant onboarding process and systems

- Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open and positive attitude
