As a Leader you must be: - Support and drive the Talent Acquisition roadmap for the Corporate, Sales and CX teams. - Partner with all key internal stakeholders in the ideation and execution of both short- and long-term hiring campaigns and strategies - Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified entry-level to executive-level candidates as assigned by leadership - Define, implement and maintain the hygiene of the processes and systems and ensure adherence to these standards for the team. Drive recruitment best practices for the team. - Take ownership of hiring for all Non-Tech roles for different business units. Strategise goals and targets of every resource and take part in resource allocation based on priority to attain overall targets - Well aware and has hands on experience in planning and execution of TA projects and programs. Identify areas of problem solving and own them end to end. Strategize, plan and execute organization wide projects beneficial to TA and to team goals. Ensures team members align with these initiatives. - Focus on Customer satisfaction. Provide excellent internal customer management service. - Manage, create, and implement innovative internal and external communication campaigns utilizing a variety of media across social, web and print. Communications programs may include advertising, internal communications, recruiting events, and public relations initiatives - Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts. Develop and implement online and offline employer branding strategy to build a strong EVP. - Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and vendors. Manage and back career development of reportees, take part in performance cycles and plan and execute career development for all reportees. Your Qualification: - 9-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Product Organizations. - Post graduate degree in Human Resources - Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools - Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes and manage daily deadlines - In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques - Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods - Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools - Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member - Ability to manage multiple priorities, and remain focused under pressure - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities - Relationship building skills in a cross-functional environment Our Ideal candidate: The right candidate must be able to successfully manage a team, prioritize and achieve hiring goals against set timelines.
