PhonePe - Manager - Customer Operations (8-10 yrs)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
- Managing internal teams responsible for customer experience
- Reporting customer escalations to relevant stakeholders and follow-up on actions
- Communicating with internal teams to deliver required targets
- Responsible for handling a team span of 60 to 100 executives
- Interaction with different category teams for resolution of customer issues and reduction of customer escalations
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 10 + 2 + 3 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficiency and organizational skills
- Administrative & Presentation skills
- Computer literacy to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
Required Work Experience:
- Overall work experience of 8 to 10 years in a customer service industry
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience on Papers
- Customer Service in Payment industry background is preferred
