Manage a business vertical (Grocery/F&B/Lifestyle/Healthcare & Wellness/OMCs/Electronics) in the Local Key Accounts space for one of the top cities in India. Role: - Responsible for Acquisition ; Relationship management of Local Key Account in respective vertical. - To have / develop a deep understanding of the category, consumer behaviour, merchant dynamics etc - Would have ownership of topline numbers for the vertical - Would assist in finalizing monthly plans at a vertical/merchant level, relationship management with merchant's teams, build store connect with top tier stores, ensure efficient execution of Trade Promotion / BTL / On field initiatives. - If you are passionate about rigorous execution, driving numbers excites you, you love meeting and establishing connect with people and you want to develop a deep understanding of a category, this is the role for you! - Responsible of Supply and Demand side of the business Eligibility: - 3 - 5 Years of work experience in Merchant / Vendor acquisition. - Good local knowledge of the geography and local language is desired - Start-up experience is preferred or experience of selling nascent products - Excellent negotiating skills - Graduate / PG
