The Role : - You will need to collaborate with different teams to ensure the smooth flow of transactions and processing of reverse feeds. - You will be responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams - Work closely with external stakeholders and play role of key accounts - Monitoring transaction success rates and regularly analysing data to bring about enhancements in products as well as improvement in processes and success rates - Maintaining client relations in resolving Ad-hoc issues and improving existing operational processes - Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations regarding Payment transactions (Bill pay/ Recharge) on Cards and Wallets Ideal Candidate should have : - Exceptional communication skills. - 1-2 yrs of experience in Business development/ Key Accounts - Comfortable with data and numbers - Basic understanding of SQL - Self- driven and keen to take initiative - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Technical capabilities : Excel (must have) and SQL (good to have) - Understanding of Payment Industry will be good to have. Educational Background : B.Tech/ B.com / B.A /MBA from top tier institute
