PhonePe - Management Trainee About Us : PhonePe is the leader in the UPI based payments in India with a market share of more than 45%. Our goal is to make payments so easy, safe and universally accepted that people never feel the need to carry cash or cards again. We believe India is at the cusp of a new mobile revolution, which will change the way we manage our money on the go. We see ourselves facilitating this change, through technology and dogged customer centricity. PhonePe went live in 2016 and crossed 5 bn transactions on its platform in 2019. About the Program : Our Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) is a year-long structured journey aimed to provide exposure to MBA graduates across multiple business teams. The incumbent will undergo 2-3 stints to gain : 1. Hands-on experience while trying to solve problems which are first of its kind. 2. Exposure to our merchant ecosystem (mass offline, premium & enterprise accounts), new business ventures and other central teams (Growth & GTM) 3. Exposure across GTMs (TT & MT channel) and categories (F&B, Grocery, Lifestyle, etc.). The stints can be in different locations to provide you deep business understanding in terms of challenges and opportunities in the industry which will groom you to be a future leader at PhonePe. You will have a mentor who will act as a coach and guide throughout the program. Post completion of stints, you will be absorbed in roles within Business Development, Growth, GTM, New business & Sales team basis the right fitment. Requirements : 1. Full time MBA from Tier 1 campus (Batch of 2021 or 2022) with good academic record 2. Excellent interpersonal skills to operate in cross functional teams 3. Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact 4. Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers 5. Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics
