Today we have a customer base of 350+ mn users and 25 mn merchants live on our platform. - We are looking for a young and dynamic professional who will be leading Talent Acquisition for Business vertical consisting of BD & Sales team, Category Managers, Growth Team and New Businesses. The role will manage a team of 5-6 recruiter / coordinators. Job Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition : - Evaluate organization needs and work towards creating and implementing an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve business performance - Explore best practices in market in talent acquisition and implement appropriate ones as per organization needs - Manage end to end recruitment process for business functions ranging from frontline to leadership roles - Participate in the selection process of the candidate by being part of panel for interviews - Prepare and counsel prospective employees on salary & benefits - Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as campus, consultants, job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the perfect fit for the job - Key areas of focus will include effective mix of sourcing channels, talent profiling, acquisition process, diversity and turnaround time - Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on Employee Referral Program and social media - Adhere and operate within the budget for all Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives - Communicating with external sources to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business. Employer Branding : - Develop and implement talent branding strategy for business in alignment with overall TA philosophy - Drive employer branding on social media to attract top talent across industries Campus Relations : - Manage campus relations across b-schools in the country - Design and execute innovative campus engagement activities - Ensure hiring of Management Trainees from b-schools to build talent pipeline - Own onboarding program for Interns, management trainees and sales trainees System & Processes : - Set up recruitment related systems and processes and build the best practices - Own the pre-joining process for all new joiners - Manage TA vendors including vendor empanelment, on-going review, invoice management, etc. - Designing and delivering Talent Acquisition dashboards - Ensure overall effectiveness and utilization of applicant tracking systems to track applicants through the selection phase to on-boarding - Own and manage Internal job posting, employee referral and other TA relevant processes - Manage evaluation and availability of online candidate assessment tool Capabilities & Requirements : - MBA-HR from reputed campus with exposure in Talent Acquisition for 7-10 years - Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage. - Strong business acumen & understanding of the business - Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics - Strong ethics and discretion to deal with confidential information - Strong bias for impact, problem solving and ownership - Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and be a team player
