- Manage pre & post-onboarding processes for all the New Hires
- Manage Induction sessions & other life cycle processes for PhonePe.
- Ensure continuous process improvements of all onboarding, Induction and other employee life cycle processes and ensure enhanced employee experience.
- Proactively audit & manage the SOPs, processes and data related to onboarding & employee life cycle events and ensure audit readiness.
- Maintain timely and accurate updates for new joiner data maintenance and employee personal data in the core HCMS system.
- Handle the helpdesk ticketing system and provide quality timely response to employees and candidates.
- Define, build & measure process SLAs and process compliances and reporting thereof to the relevant stakeholders.
- Adopt lean methodology to standardize & simplify the processes to give employee consistent & predictable experiences.
- Build & implement effective feedback mechanism to invite inputs & 'Corrective and Preventive Action' approach for improving processes & enhancing employee value proposition.
- Ensure data accuracy, timelines & completeness of data for all the processes managed
