About the team: This role is in the marketing team at PhonePe, reporting into Senior Manager, Marketing for Financial services Manager, business marketing is responsible for the brand & business marketing for verticals like Insurance, Mutual Funds & Gold/Silver. Key Stakeholders for management - Business team, channel owners (CRM, Perf, media etc), Analytics, Business finance, procurement, creative and media agencies Responsibilities: 1. This role will involve product marketing both from a mother brand and category perspective. Brand marketing for Fs will involve campaign management right from defining problem statements, identifying objectives, insighting, crafting positioning & planning for creative & media, operationalising, optimising & monitoring integrated campaigns. 2. Business marketing aspect of the role for FS will involve driving & shaping behavior on the app. This involves hacks/ experiments/ideas to drive users to top of the funnel. 3. New launches - Aligning new launches right from product understanding, creative development , positioning & comms planning, CRM planning, media coordination, analysis of campaign launch etc. 3. Campaign planning: Driving marketing initiatives through integrated campaigns by coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Measuring impact of the initiatives to drive charter. 4.Coordinating with channel owners like media (social, digital & traditional) & CRM to drive both brand & business objectives 5. Consumer insighting for individual categories Must haves: 1. Business /product marketing experience in an internet brand 2. Ability to manage diff stakeholders while managing ambiguity & navigating the system to drive impact 3. Ability to plan & drive experiments /ideas that lead to incremental impact for the categories 4. Analytical bent of mind 5. Experience of working with different creative, research & media agencies
