- Existing & new client meeting.

- Trade execution and Client servicing, achieve revenue target, Generating leads and client meetings and documentation

- Selling research and trading Ideas and Building strong relationship with clients.

- Entrepreneurship and Aggressiveness in delivering results, Achievement of revenue generation targets in time bound manner.

- Good presentation & communication skills.

- Domain knowledge of Capital markets, Currency and Derivative.

- NCFM certification in Capital markets, Derivatives & NISM
