Looking For: Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager/Team Leaders
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition for Equity broking & other financial/wealth products.
2. Cross-sell of Third third-party financial products like Mutual funds, PMS, Advisory, etc
3. Educate & increase awareness about Phillip Capital India Products.
4. Follow up with existing clients for continuous/sustained business.
5. MIS: Preparing and sending various reports to the HOD
6. The job involves multi-channel handling & multi-product selling skills.
7. Creating marketing plans and strategies for campaigns
Qualifications
1. Graduate / MBA with 0- 4 Years of work experience with Financial Product Sales.
2. Can be from Insurance sectors /mutual fund or Securities broking firms, Private Sector/ MNC Banks
3. Can be from be from Distribution House / Mutual fund (Retail Sales) / Banking (Handling Agency Channels in Banks) / Insurance (handling Corporate brokers or agencies) background.
4. Confident & Assertive, Good Communication & Good relationship management skills are a must
