Job Title: Senior Manager, CSR

Job location: Gurgaon, NCR

Reports to: BCD

In this role. you will be responsible for:

- Developing an effective CSR programme encompassing the environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed on CSR targets

- Driving and monitoring Pan-India employee volunteerism activities in collaboration with NGO partners and Human Resources to ensure optimum employee engagement

- Understanding industry standards for measurement and establishing CSR performance indicators to bring the organization in line

- Developing appropriate goals, defining metrics and process for measuring performance, and preparing weekly, monthly, annual reports to demonstrate results

- Establishing charity partnership programmes and develop relationships with key business contacts within partners.

- Act as the main point of contact for Business in the Community

- Managing the company's Business in the Community CR Index submission

- Engaging internal stakeholders and establish a network of CSR Champions within the organization

- Establishing a CSR Steering Group within the organization

- Ensuring effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSR targets, and performance

- Attending relevant industry events

- Knowledge leader and expert for CSR

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

- The ideal candidate would have a Masters- degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or Business Management with 5 - 7 years of experience, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility

- Must possess global insights into a community, volunteerism, corporate citizenship and how these tie into strategy and drive business impact

- Track record of leading CSR initiatives with measurable business and social results will be preferred

- Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry environment and a highly-matrixed, process-driven, multinational organization is desirable

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads and department leaders

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English
