Job Title: Sellex Controller, ICS & SOX Controls Owner

Reporting to: Business Partner - Finance

Job location: Gurgaon

Purpose of the Job -

- Key responsibilities includes supporting and participating in the compilation of accounting policies, procedures & (work) instructions; ensuring compliance to ICS/SOx, PAP and IFRS. Monitors and controls that they are followed across all functions and sub functions of Health Systems. Reports and documents ICS/SOx compliance process, ensuring documentation and consistency thereof (up to Audit Committee of Finance and of the Supervisory Board - ISC ).Drives and performs ICS/SOx testing within his/her scope. Coordinate a process to assess, cascade and discuss control deficiencies which are reported and work at mitigation plans . Participates in the accounting integration of new acquisitions to ensure their compliance to group policies & procedures.

As a sellex controller ensure that all spends are correctly provisioned, accounted and reported compliant to Philips processes and policies . Ensure robust reporting and forecasting across business groups. Co owns productivity initiatives for Health Systems and exercises effective controls .

Responsibilities -

Need to work closely with the Sales, Regions, Business & functional teams such as SCM, Sales operations to ensure that all new policies and compliance metrics are in line with the General Business Principles as well as compliance metrics. Also ensure adequate rating in Internal Audit and ICS / SOX compliance

- Assist with the SOX risk based scoping process, at the sub functional and process level;

- Partner with Process Owners to update and maintain process documentation / flowcharts and controls and where necessary perform walkthroughs to validate the existing SOX documentation and ensure that any changes are implemented;

- Identify potential SOX implications of changes in the control environment as a result of but not limited to, accounting regulations, internal company policies, system enhancements or implementations, company reorganizations;

- Perform management and when applicable, remediation testing of internal controls to ensure timely completion and compliance with the annual SOX test plan.

- Work with internal and external auditors to assist with the coordinate audit timing, results of management and remediation testing and SOX reporting;

- Responsible for maintaining and updating all aspects of the internal SOX reporting system (Open Pages)

- Provides compliance guidance & support (training, maintains ICS website, owns ICS/SOX tooling, supports compliance teams and SOX helpdesks.)

- Sellex controllership which includes month end close for HS Sellex Spend types, corporate allocations, DX 96 interactions, forecast and annual operating plan.

- Target deployment and productivity tracking across businesses.

- Monthly dashboard reporting and MIS

- Single point of contact for P2P activities and HS business verticals.

- MIS and Dashboard for sellex spend categories and analytics

Educational Level
