PhaseZero Ventures - Account Manager - Client Services - Business Delivery

PhaseZero is looking for a highly experienced & inspiring intrapreneurs (Client Service Managers/Account Manager/Project Managers) who will be able to handle multi million dollar accounts, who can actually handle our client accounts, grow the account profitability & take ownership of the P&L of the account.

Responsibilities

- Having a wide range expertise in managing complex customer engagements

- Prior experience in solution implementation, delivery experience, growing & managing the account & enhancing the profitability

- Excellent client relationship management in managing escalations & identifying upselling/cross selling opportunities & resolving issues

- Ability to handle large teams comprising of Managers, leads & business analysts, take full in charge of it end-end

- Proven experience turning red accounts to green & thereby increasing customer satisfaction & bringing client success

- Should be able to handle & manage escalations & provide solutions must be able to solve problems effectively

- Should have traveled and managed

- Must have the ability to collaborate with product & cross functional teams to align with the delivery goals

- Must take ownership of the account & manage the P&L of the account entirely to ensure high profits
