The role would be to directly work with business leaders and team to ensure programs from the CEO's office remain on track and work on various corporate strategy initiatives Responsibilities : - Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the focus areas identified by investors and co-founders - Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to drive and manage new programs implemented by the co-founders - Work on the organizational strategic leavers along with the CEO for improvement &amp; tracking in various segments - Provide all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey Requirements : - CA or MBA from a Top Tier B school with 5+ years of significant experience in pan-India strategy and handling successful key projects with a volume - Preferably someone who has been in a consulting role with management consulting organizations (MBB) followed by experience of working in healthcare - Excellent in project management, critical thinking, data analytics, financial modelling, and operational analytics funnels Interested folks, please write to us with a cover note on why you think you would be a great fitment to the role along with your experience on managing CEO's office projects.
