About the role : Direct Tax

- Expert knowledge of Direct Tax and basic knowledge of FEMA with respect to FDI norms.

- Preparation of replies to notices and assessments for the Group.

- Present Group on various assessments and appeals with Tax authorities.

- Hands-on experience on restructuring and its taxation implications

- Reconciliation of Tax Books with Statutory Books

- Lead discussions to optimize tax outflows and restructuring in that line.

- Ensure compliance across the Group.

- Hands on experience on tax computations and tax audit.
