Content Strategist PharmEasy is looking to hire experienced content strategists who have a deep understanding of how to use content as a growth lever. The person will be a part of the team that leads new initiatives and help build content lead solutions for patients. This is a highly visible role where you- ll be working with senior leadership and the founders. You have : - At least 6 years of experience working in content strategy roles - strategy and execution. - Experience being a content editor who's gotten hands dirty with content writing and editing - A strong understanding of social media channels such as Youtube, Instagram and Facebook - A customer growth mindset that can understand customer lifecycle well and use the content as a strong growth lever - Experience with how to drive content creation, editing and production (both text and video formats). - Experience in building or leading growth for a content platform. - Experience driving a multi-channel content/editorial strategy, while working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners - A post graduate degree in Journalism, Literature or Media is a plus; but not mandatory. You have a major plus if you have : - Prior experience in a similar role for healthcare or a wellness brand - Experience with Podcasts and Video along with text-based content
