Job Role : - The Senior Customer Experience Manager would be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer experience possible. Role &amp; responsibilities : - Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth. - Work seamlessly with team and business head to design people, process and product capability. - Solve for key consumer pain points/ experience enhancements by working closely with different functions (operations, product, technology, analytics, etc.) - Lead design and development of strategies around cross-channel - inbound, outbound, chats &amp; emails. - Work closely with business team and identify strategic initiatives to build improved customer experience, better efficiency and reduced cost of operation. - Strategize various sustenance mechanism like knowledge management, standardization and work closely with L&amp;D and quality team to improve people skill through various training and team building interventions. - Conduct periodic team's goal setting in line with business strategy and monitor and review progress on regular basis. - Proactively collaborate with product team/engineering team to define problem statement, align requirements and spearhead new product and process deployment in timely manner. - Conduct impact analysis and management reporting to the leadership team. - Participate in process improvement initiatives, both internal and external parties including customers. - Envision future changes in the business environment and support department head to re-design strategic direction and align stakeholders. Skills &amp; competencies required : - Minimum 10 years of experience (with compulsory 3 years in e-commerce) - Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and transpose them into clear and concise documentation, requirements, and acceptance criteria - Expertise in dealing with business logic - Technical understanding - Look for deliver superior solutions as per process guidelines - Cultivate a sense of ownership and accountability - Ability to think on their feet
