Regional Head South- Ascent Wellness & Pharma (PharmEasy- API Holding) - Lead the management business in the region across multiple units at a strategic and operational level - To manage the entire P&L for the region for supply business - To create and motivate the zonal heads to ensure the desired objectives are met - To manage the additional services business at the retailer - To work across stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the strategy - To be responsible for end-to-end sales, procurement, operations and finance - To drive area expansion, increased wallet share and profitability - Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of sales/ Business - Development and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management - Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company - To lead and engage with the human resources of the cluster with the responsibility of their recruitment, training, and retention - Reporting would be directly to Business head or CEO, should have experience of handle large Team . - Zonal Managers and their team are reporting to Regional Head - Managing & motivating large workforce - Restructuring operations and introducing important measures to bring in profitability - Providing assistance in alignment and effective communication within sales team and internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction - Intellectualizing annual business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals; executing plans / objectives in sync with Vision & Mission - Scheming a manpower and succession plan for the division to drive appropriate action for future resourcing and generating strategies to address future requirements - Highly successful in building cordial relationships to identify, develop and manage a strong distribution channel. Desired Skills : - Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities - Open thinking and an ability to work in an unorganized sector - Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow process' - Sales and Distribution experience - Understanding & Prior Experience in Pharma /FMCG Sector will be helpful (not a necessity)
