Role Objective : - To work closely with the leadership along with respective business heads on three core areas: Strategy, Program Management and Monitoring Business Metrics in order to achieve strategic objectives. - Lead program management in developing overall company strategy, business planning, performance analysis, liaison with business heads and cross functional teams to drive strategic growth initiatives, developing business forecasts and operating plans Role : - Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise - To monitor tasks driven by CEO to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines - Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables - Shape the business strategy through : - Liaising with business, product & tech, analytics and other function teams to proactively identify, develop & drive strategies & initiatives - Provide data-driven analysis and insights to facilitate executive decision support - Program-manage key initiatives and organize periodic reviews and assessment - Drive implementation of key initiatives encompassing growth, profitability, customer connect and organization development. - Manage key relationships with consultants and external partners - Develop investor presentations Required : - First principles thinking - CA/MBA (from Reputed Institutes) or B.Tech (from Tier 1 college) with 1-3 yrs experience in the relevant domain or consulting - Multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. - Abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P&L understanding; Financial data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working. - Strong on analysis of Financials and business metrics - Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis - Experience in big 4 consulting firms preferred - Operational depth also required - will need to work with different teams / businesses to roll out Projects
