About the role:

The role entails being part of the operations excellence team & being responsible for identifying and driving improvement projects. These projects can be with respect to quality improvement, cost reduction, process improvement, or customer experience improvement.

Responsibilities :

- Identifying improvement opportunities

- Data-driven prioritization of projects

- Driving improvement projects

- Stakeholder management

- Data visibility & regular updates to the CEO's office

Candidate requirements:

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

- Any program/project management experience is a plus.

- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of SQL is desirable.
