Roles and Responsibilities :

- To create and motivate the zonal heads to ensure the desired objectives are met.

- To work across stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the strategy.

- To be responsible for end-to-end sales,

- To drive area expansion, increased wallet shares and profitability

- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of sales/ Business Development.

- To lead and engage with the human resources of the cluster with the responsibility of their recruitment, training, and retention

- Managing & motivating large workforce

- Restructuring sale operations and introducing important measures to bring in profitability.

- Helping in alignment and effective communication within sales team and internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction.

- Intellectualizing annual business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals, executing plans / objectives in sync with Vision & Mission

- Scheming a manpower and succession plan for the division to drive appropriate action for future resourcing and generating strategies to address future requirements.

- Highly successful in building cordial relationships to identify, develop and manage a strong distribution & sale channel.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

- Hands-On Operational Efficiency with the ability to set and follow process'.
