Location : Mumbai

Operations team at Pharmeasy is looking at highly motivated individuals to project manage multiple key initiatives. The role takes a central position by defining processes and timelines, coordination and communication across team members (intra and inter departmental) to enable timely and effective closure of projects. Besides Project Management, the role will also require carrying out multiple use cases analyses, budgeting exercises and cost & KPIs monitoring.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing and Managing project scope, processes, tracking timelines, risks and issues

2. Coordinating communication across departments in timely and effective manner

3. Formulating Quarterly and annual budgets

4. Track adherence to budget and other Operational KPIs

5. Analyze and present findings on performance of various metrics at weekly and monthly level

6. Gain a strong knowledge of fulfilment operations and work towards improving them

Skills Required :

- Good Organizational skills,

- Comfort to handle multiple projects,

- Preference for prior experience in project management and/or Supply Chain operations
