Manager - Fintech Oprations

Profile requirement:

1) Should have a good understanding of data flows, reporting & operational SOPs

2) Should have a good understanding of systems/dashboards and have excellent MS Excel skills

3) Should be good in RCA, tactical problem solving and data driven decision making

4) Should be able to manage a team of 2/3 with effective KPIs around deliverables

5) Should be presentable with good communication skills

6) Should be confident to deal with external clients and stakeholders

7) Will be based out of ASM office in Mumbai and will directly report to Harshil .

8) Around 5 Years of Work-experience

9) Any graduation in commerce/finance should be fine. MBA will added advantage
