- Business Analyst for Cards / Payments / POS solutions. Connecting with the product/technical teams and explaining the client's needs.

- Creating an in-depth business analysis post understanding the requirements outlining scope, challenges, opportunities etc.

- Documentation of the product requirements into an organized BRD and FRD as per the requirements of the client, product team, business, or the project.

- Responsible for product document updates and make re-usable documentation.

- Manage end to end traceability of business requirements from initial scoping through solution design, quality assurance and delivery.

- Influence decisions and requirements from all involved entities in order to meet the business requirement in most optimal and flexible manner.
