- Partnered with a business to determine its Business HR needs and lead delivery of HR processes and systems for the team.
- Implemented and executed all key HR processes for the business as per defined SOPs and timelines.
- Managed and executed Performance Management, Employee compensation increments, Promotions, and Talent Reviews for the assigned business.
- Assisted business in Manpower Planning & deployment and coordinate with the Talent Acquisition vertical for filling vacancies on time.
- Talent Management - anchor the various talent identification, deployment, and succession planning exercises for the division.
- Worked with the business for proactive employee engagement to minimize ER risks.
- Coordinated with Employee Relations vertical for addressing disciplinary issues.
- Collaborate with multiple HR verticals like C&B, TOC, and Talent Acquisition to ensure that solutions delivered are aligned with business needs.
- Managed the entire employee life cycle for 300 sales and marketing employees
