Profile : Functional Consultant - Finance

Key Responsibilities

- To lead & manage full life cycle of Finance related projects

- To handle day to day communication / coordination with Offsite team of Technical & Functional Consultants related to ongoing projects

- Subject Matter Support to internal team

- Preparation of Functional Specification Document, Training Manuals & Scripts

- Conduct Requirement Study, User Training, User Acceptance Testing workshops, Application configuration by following Microsoft Implementation Methodology, business best practise & standards

- Prepare, Review & Approve Functional Requirement Document, Functional Design Document

- Mentor/Educate the team to follow business best practice & standards.

- To upload data into system

- To run period end / period open activity

- Do the Year end migration activity and help with preparing MIS from system

Consolidated reporting

- Training internal Finance and Account teams on the Financial Systems.

- Help team to extract reports for audits

- Provide L1 and L2 support on AX and D365 Financial Systems.

Required Candidate profile

- Experienced candidate with minimum 5 years of experience AX and/or D365 ERP

- Strong Communication & Analytical skills

- Excellent project management skills

- Team Management

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Negotiation Skills

- Time Management

Experience : 5-7 years
