PharmEasy - DGM - Tender - Thyrocare Segment

We are looking for DGM Tender for Thyrocare at Turbhe location

Responsibilities

- Heading Tender Scanning with Support Staffs via Tools, Secondary Research and regularly connecting through Govt. POCs.

- Candidates with relevant bid and tender management skills and experiences will be given preference

- Support monthly tender data records updates and follow up on the progress of submitted tenders

- Reporting to Head of Strategic Alliances, PharmEasy and Thyrocare

- Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations

- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation

- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements

- Contribution to cost and price calculations

- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers

- Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organization

- Utilise agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis, and documenting

- Support to all other departments with tender-related issues

- Assist in the development and preparation of the organization's tender process strategy and general business planning

- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the BD team[Some qualifications you may want to include are Skills, Education, Experience, or Certifications.
