Designation: Assistant Manager Role: Consolidation Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Qualification: CA Mandatory Roles & Responsibilities: - In-depth knowledge of Ind AS and Ind AS Financial Statements and related disclosures - Hands on with consolidation accounting and process - Subsidiary and associate accounting - Dealt with consolidations in past for more than 5-10 operational entities - Managed and worked on inter-company eliminations and related follow-ups - Follow-ups with entities to close consolidation within timelines - Project management role of projects with regular update to leadership - Assistance in preparing presentation to ACM / Board - Assistance in preparing monthly reporting decks - Experience in dealing and closing audit / accounts finalization with Big4 auditors - Open to work on extended hours Experience: 0 to 1 years or CA Freshers (2022 and 2021) Desired skills : - Working knowledge of consolidation - Knowledge of Ind AS or IFRS - Intercompany eliminations i.e., RPT (related party transaction
