Position Title: Commercial Analytics-Practice Head Exciting opportunity for seasoned commercial analytics professionals with expertise in pharmaceutical / life sciences data analytics on data sets like claims data, electronic health records, sales & forecast data. Job Responsibilities: - We want this role to focus on thought leadership so that we can stay ahead of competition in terms of our offerings and services. - To develop and grow commercial analytics practice based out of Global delivery centre in Pune - Reporting into to the CEO, the person will lead a commercial analytics team to provide critical capabilities and business solution for our clients. Will manage the commercial analytics vertical spanning across client accounts - The SME is expected to understand the business needs of the customer, leverage his experience and knowledge in offering a solution to the customer and execute the project along with a competent offshore team. - These projects will form the basis for developing solutions and training associates, who can then take on larger roles within the practice - Engaging with onshore clients in solution design through creative conceptualization and synthesis of data from multiple sources, generating analysis and insights - Responsibilities will span across pre-launch & post launch analytics like patient journey, DOT curve, Payer engagement & market access, physician perception analysis, Treatment evolution, sequencing, biomarker analysis & switching, sales force sizing, sales force structure, territory alignment design and maintenance, marketing mix and customer segmentation and targeting and incentive compensation - Participate in Business planning cycles at PharmaACE - Facilitating Business Process Documentation and SOP driven processes - Coaching and developing a team of direct reports Education: - Undergraduate with Engineering/ Life Sciences background or master's degree in life sciences / statistics / economics / engineering / business administration Prerequisites: - Knowledge of Pharma Industry and market dynamics - Hands on experience on SAS/R, Python and Advance Visualization - Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key stakeholders - Ability to apply Analytics to Business Strategy - Ability to independently manage client relationships and build synergy between the Client and the delivery organization to ensure delivery of tangible benefits to clients - Strong facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills (internal & external) - Superb analytical and problem-solving skills - High quantitative abilities (extremely important from a forecasting perspective) - Ability to create products and solutions leveraging partners, products or acquisitions - Ability to create offshore and onshore solutions for client - Ability to work through RFP/ RFQ process and develop winning solutions Experience: - An Expat with US Pharma Sales Analytics Experience will be preferred.
