Designation name & Description: We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Talent Acquisition and Development Team, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. IT, Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. Knowledge of campus hiring will be brownie points. - Sound knowledge of training and development activities within the organization. - Responsible to curate and execute ideas related to employee engagement, employee satisfaction, employee development. - Responsible to develop and maintain trainings for new recruits as well as acquiring training needs for the existing employees. - Gain required knowledge on business accounts and practices. - Interacting with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirement and source best professionals for various requirements within the vertical using Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals. - Reviewing strategies with the managers on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections. - Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements. - Conduct online recruiting, pre-screen, assessments, and face to face employment interviews. - Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting into the organization. - Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire. - Identify &amp; monitor measures across processes. Develops measures / shapes new processes to improve performance. - Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency. - Create a clear offer management process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs. - Establishing relation with campuses and acting as a POC for campus hiring. - High sense of ownership and accountability to deliver the hiring numbers and adhere to process compliance. - End to end operations of HR recruitment. Qualifications and Requirements: - Should have minimum 5 years of experience in handling recruitment in an organization. - Prior working knowledge with Life Science/Pharma Companies will be preferred. - Should have an MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution. - Should be inclined and ready to work in a start-up culture. - Should have excellent communication skills- Verbal and Written. - Should be energetic &amp; out of the box thinker.
