Ph.d. degree will be preferred if we can get. - The invidual should have hygeine industry experience and had the material development experience in non-wovens, adhesives, films etc. - The individual should have knowledge on GMP requirements of hygience and have knowledge on audits. - The role requires creating a technical learning plan, design of experiments, data analysis so an individual who is having a similar experienec will be preferred. - He should have knowledge of data analysis software like JMP.
