He/she will be empowered to drive the Product Aggregation &amp; Publication transformation along with establishing timely, accurate, and transparent Product data stream to our Customers and Consumers. - You will lead multi-functional teams and work closely with Business counterparts to ensure the market needs are met and the transformations are successful. You will also collaborate with other regions as part of external Solution, Project, and Program networks under the shared services model while also acting as the GS1 and Product Master Data Expert for the region. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the mapping/matching and requirements gathering for PIM (Product Information Management) - Work with solution global project team, vendors, and SI (Service Integrator) to ensure successful regional deployment - Lead the team to design, develop, test, and implement a PIM capability for pilot markets - Post successful pilots, lead the solutions expansion across the region - Engage and handle partners across the project's lifecycle - Establish connection with GS1 service and lead the Verified by GS1 implementations in the region - Act as the Product Master Data and GS1 guide for the region, leading respective innovation and transformations REQUIREMENTS: - One should be an extraordinary Project leader with strong ability to handle dynamic scope and changes - Minimum 1 years of Project Management experience - Can lead the Discovery and establishment of processes rather than simply following instructions - A good teammate and multi-functional leader - Extensive Product Master Data experience required - GS1 expertise - PMP Certification is a plus - DAMA Certification QUALIFICATIONS What we offer: - Continuous mentorship - you will collaborate with hardworking peers and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager - Dynamic and considerate work environment - employees at the centre, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting agility and work/life balance.
