- The PM & Expert is a key Manager responsible for leading key priority Master Data Transformations in the India market and region. He/she will be empowered to drive the holistic Master Data intervention in India including the Product Aggregation & Publication transformation along with establishing timely, accurate, and transparent Product data stream to our Customers and Consumers.

- He/she will lead multi-functional teams and work closely with Business counterparts to ensure the market needs are met and the transformations are successful. He/she will also collaborate with other regions as part of external Solution, Project, and Program networks under the shared services model while also acting as the GS1 and Product Master Data Expert for the region.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the India Master Data Intervention across the 8 MD Steps

- Work with the separate transformation teams within the Master Data space to implement the needed solutions, process and organization transformations required in the market based on the defined Master plan

- Work with solution global project team, vendors, and SI (Service Integrator) to ensure successful regional deployment

- Engage and lead partners across the projects lifecycle

- Establish connection with GS1 service and be responsible for the Verified by GS1 implementations in the region

- Act as the Product Master Data and GS1 specialist for the region, leading respective innovation and transformations

Qualifications :

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role :

- Must be an outstanding Project leader with a strong ability to handle multifaceted scope and changes

- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience

- Can own the Discovery and establishment of processes

- A good great teammate and multi-functional leader

- Extensive Product Master Data experience required

- GS1 expertise

- PMP Certification is a plus

- DAMA Certification is a plus
