Position – Associate Manager – HR

Location – Bhiwadi

Broad overview of role and responsibilities

- Legal compliances

The incumbent will ensure that all legal compliances of the plant related to labour laws.

- External relations

The incumbent will maintain strong relations with Government agencies, press and local community.

- Occupational Health

Partnering with hospitals and other medical agencies to strengthen company’s medical programme and setting up occupational health systems would be a major role.

- Employee relations

The incumbent will have to proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner

- Recruitment and onboarding

The incumbent will own the recruitment and onboarding processes of the plant.

- Apprentices management

Owning the apprentices programme right from recruitment, legal compliances to retention.

- Facilities Management

The incumbent will set up and maintain systems to ensure that all employee service facilities like transport, canteen, housekeeping, pest control and horticulture comply with the expected quality standards, cause no employee grievances and comply with law.
