Petronas Lubricants - Lead - L&D & Sales Capability (5-15 yrs)

This is an Individual Contributor role (Pan India) with leading petrochemical MNC

Key Accountabilities:

1. Execution of LEAD (Sales capability) trainings and close coordination with Regional/Global lead academy. Leverage global/regional LEAD content and resources to design relevant local programs/initiatives

2. HR training need identification & formulating training calender.

3. Will Drive Key OD/training interventions pertaining to Talent Management, Leadership Coaching & Performance Culture.

4. Formalizing training budget with HR and right budget utilization focussing on ROI.

4. Management of Training Partner relationships/vendors.: Identification of key training partners/vendors universities etc.. to assist with program design and delivery.

5. Develop and implement capability development roadmap and initiatives to bridge capability gaps. And create competent trainers through TTT(train the trainer)

6. Build and execute programs for extended teams in channel sales & other function.

7. Design, Development and Implementation of Interventions for Hi Pots and leadership

8. Engaging with Senior Leaders or Stakeholders: Proactively work with key stakeholder in the business to shape the LD agenda and take the lead to identify appropriate learning and development responses to support change improve business performance and develop talent.

Key Challenges:

1. Building and creating learning culture.

2. Identifying competency gaps across the organization and developing modules.

3. Close coordination with stake holders to meet execution requirements.

4. Evaluating effectiveness of programs and deriving ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 6 years major experience in capability development.

- Language skills: English. Others are beneficial.

- Superior communication and presentation skills.

- Certified train the trainer

- Hands on experience of competency assessment, training and coaching

- Possess business acumen and drive organization vision.
